Northcroft (Malaysia) is one of the leading construction consultants, project managers, cost managers and risk managers. We provide independent advice to our Clients throughout the whole construction process from concept, through design, construction and occupation.

Northcroft (Malaysia) operates under the name of Northcroft Lim Perunding Sdn Bhd. Northcroft Lim Perunding Sdn Bhd was established in 1990 in association with Northcroft, one of the larger construction consultancies that was established in England in 1840.

Our objective is that all our Clients benefit from the good services and expertise locally and internationally. We aim to provide our Clients maximum value at every stage of the development process. Projects range from commercial schemes to those in the leisure and residential sectors.

Client’s requirements are reviewed continually throughout the life of a commission, ensuring adequate resourcing and adherence to programme commitments.

An effective Quality Management System based on the requirements of ISO9001 is an essential element within the management of the Company. The system assists us in the effective delivery of services to all our Clients and provides for achievable objectives to be set.

We are committed to the principles of continual performance improvement in our services and regular management reviews to ensure both the continued relevance and implementation of the Quality Management System within the organisation.

This Quality Manual defines the basis of the Company’s Quality Management System. Detailed operating procedures ensuring compliance with the Standard are contained in the office manual and are available for inspection on request by Clients.

As part of our continual improvement we are certified with ISO 19650 Building Information Modelling (BIM) which has been verified by British Standards Institution. Northcroft (Malaysia) is BIM ready.
